I have no photographic evidence of the sticky toffee pudding, mostly because I got the liquid/dry balance way off somehow (maybe I was supposed to strain the dates before purreeing them?  maybe my *completely* *random* guess as to what 8oz of dates was was utterly wrong?), and the center collapsed.  Or maybe I didn't cook it long enough.  My new ( Read more... )
